Of course there ARE quite a lot of small software projects, and these projects often do have unclear objectives, so Agile does have its place.
But if it’s not software, if it’s big, or if you definitely know what you want – then I believe that Waterfall / Gantt / APM / PMI / PMBoK / PMP / proper project management is the way to go
