Happiness Course via Hybrid/Blended Learning
If your employees are happier they will work harder and be more creative. Also they'll be less likely to leave, and replacing people is expensive. So if you want a fun team-building culture-improving session, then why not learn about practical happiness at the same time?
Of course, we can just do one great Zoom session, but if you want to make a longer lasting difference the best way is probably to then go off and do my gradual video drip feed, fifty videos on simple techniques to improve your happiness. And then we'll all get together and discuss how it went, what worked and what didn't, and what we can learn from each other's experiences. And then you still have the 50 videos to continue to use and refer back to, maybe watch one per week for the next year, maybe watch them as a team?
The quality of my video courses is well proven – check out LinkedIn Learning or Udemy.com and you’ll see I’m one of the top makers of management training videos in the world. On Linkedin Learning I have the most viewed happiness course in the world.
And obviously the Zoom workshops will be both practical and fun, as always.
This combined course could be the perfect mixture for you.
I’m running it both as an open programme (fixed date, you can send just one or two people, maybe just yourself!) and also as an in-house programme (you can run it for a group of your people, on dates of your own choosing, and it works out much cheaper per head if you have a good sized group to train).
Cost of in house programme: £1680 + VAT, for any size of group
Cost per person to join open programme: £290 + VAT per person
