Leadership – Hybrid / Blended Course

The best and most cost efficient way to learn about leadership and management is to do a hybrid or blended course like this one:

Each part is a one hour zoom session with me, followed up by a series of practical bite-sized videos on motivation and leadership, so that every day or every week the delegates can put one practical idea into action, try it out, see that it works. Then, when we meet again after perhaps 2-3 months, we can have a brief Q&A and deal with any problems, and share any successes, before moving on to the next part of the programme.

And obviously the Zoom workshops will be both practical and fun, as always.

This combined course could be the perfect mixture for you.

I’m running it both as an open programme (fixed date, you can send just one or two people, maybe just yourself!) and also as an in-house programme (you can run it for a group of your people, on dates of your own choosing, and it works out much cheaper per head if you have a good sized group to train).

These costs are for the whole programme, but if you want you can miss out part 2, or even do just part 1 or part 2 or part 3 if that's what you need, and then of course the programme will be correspondingly cheaper. But really, do the whole thing, because leadership is SO important to performance, morale, and retention.
