What does Hybrid Training look like?

Now that Zoom has made all sorts of new ways of learning possible, and now that ‘asynchronous’ / video courses are gaining traction, what could ‘hybrid’ training actaully consist of?

PS the “OMG” one is where they watch a video of you and then they ACTUALLY GET THE REAL PERSON!! Could even be a complete surprise! Also works well when positioned as “a Q&A following the video”.

And of course the face to face sessions don’t have to be by the same person who made the training videos, so for example you could have videos from me, and then after each one your HR trainer could chair a discussion: do we agree with the video, what did we learn from it, how do we apply it, how do we implement it?

And the Zoom coaching following a face to face training session could be done by a different person too, perhaps an in-house person.

So many possibilities!
