We’ve had some fabulous instances of members of the team using some techniques from your training. The golden nugget is proving to be the ‘I Understand’ negotiation tool which several of us have used to great effect
Others have taken on board changing the way they deal with emails (Directors included) and still others have understood better and embraced the way to work the ‘To Do’ lists. I honestly believe the training has given everyone a great awareness of managing their days and has also helped with our communication across the team.
