The trainer was friendly and approachable – he obviously knew his stuff and was willing to grapple with us on the vagiaries of SSD. I think it will be useful rather than one of those “Did that training somewhere and I have a folder to prove it” … I’ve already found myself explaining some of the process to a couple of friends.
