I just wanted to drop you a line and say thanks for a great talk last night.
I have been in sales for over 20 years, and have enough qualifications to shake a stick at, but I really believe you managed to very successfully convey the essence of negotiation within an hour. …any scepticism on ‘another speaker coming here to point out the blinking obvious and does not really know what they are talking about’ completely evaporated.
