I suspect you won’t remember us…but you spoke at a PW event many years ago when they were part of XXXX. You did a great session on customer service.
A number of the Managing Partners I work with still make reference to your material – you made a huge impact.
I now run two conferences per year for XXXX and was wondering if a) you’re available on x June 2019 (pm) and b) what your rate is for a 90 minute session on Leadership in Management.
