I have just finished watching your short series”Project Management Simplified” and found it wonderfully balanced and easily accessible.

This course is a life-saver for me since I have recently been thrown into managing a small but significant work project with nothing to draw on. In a desperate search I found your course on Lynda.com and have watched parts of it every night over the past week.
I have already benefited from a post-it note network diagram, and am constructing a GANTT chart, but most of all I have been able to discover incorrect assumptions behind tasks as well as push-back on demands which were un-doable and so negotiate a redistribution of resources.
