What I like most about it is the part where he includes his stories. So it’s more of a lighthearted session while learning. It feels more like hangout than actually being in a classroom.

I was feeling imperfect in business with so much experience now I feel confident.
I would highly recommend this course for someone looking to get into sales or for someone who needs to brush up on their sales techniques. Mr Croft was succinct and concise with his explanations and the use of illustrations and giving real life examples made the course more engaging.
It definitely helped understanding certain sales notions that I somehow knew but made me undertand better by using examples of actual real situations experienced. It has also given me certain tips on what I can improve and I will definitely try to apply them.
This course was short however loaded with amazing content. its so easy to relate with day to day activities sales people go through on their interactions. My WOW was section 6 part 4 ‘Handling objections’.

Project Management
It gives me full courage on how to plan project and how to have solid plans which will not have bad impact, on time, money , materials and quality of the project/product . It’s give me clear vision of what gantt chat entails such as critical paths and non critical path which can also be called floating chat. Great feedback from stakeholders is needed after reviewing the project

Very nice course about PM key concepts. I think might be really useful for new PMs as well as experienced ones who would like to refresh their knowledge and find some inspiration. I am writing from PMP and PMI-ACP holder’s perspective.
Great course! I learnt quite a bit about using excel while building the Gantt chart which I will be using in all tasks in my work because it is quite effective.

Great course, very easy to follow along and great suggestions helping you to create your own ideas on how to look after your customers in the best way possible. I found it easy to listen to Chris and take notes for myself at the same time. He shared some interesting and also funny stories, those examples made it easier to understand the ground ideas and lessons.
I really love this course, because a lot of times I complain about some service, but few times think about how to improve it. The ideas shared in this course are great
