Many years ago I attended one of your training workshops at Portsmouth City Council … and following on from that training – which was truly inspiring by the way – I obtained a copy of your little book on Being a Good Boss (and subsequently went on to gain a degree in Business & Management at 53 years old).
I loved the book – it re-enforced my own knowledge and beliefs of Management – and I have often referred to it when training new staff.
My newest recruit (18 years old) is truly remarkable and if my instincts are correct – has the makings of an excellent manager in the future.
