Everything you can do with Zoom can be done either face to face (asking people questions, making sure they are paying attention) or with video/asynchronous training (any number of people can view it from anywhere). But those ARE advantages of zoom. Of course you pay the price that the group can’t interact with each other, at least not nearly as well as they can in person, and they can’t choose individual times to view your material – and put you on pause!
So it’s a good middle ground between face to face and asynchronous video training. Possibly the best compromise??
