Face to face is really fun, I love it, but the travel is a pain, so that’s really what you’re paying for.
Zoom is harder work to do than you might think – it’s impossible to do more than two zoom hours in a day because of the energy you have to put in. But of course there’s no travel.
And then conferences are a whole different game – they need quite a lot of prep, and there’s as much travel as there is for a whole day of training.
