By sharing a Linkedin Learning course on Linkedin, you open it up for free to all your connections, as well as to yourself!
You can share up to ten courses a month! – but they are only open for 24 hours from the moment you click on them and start viewing, so pick a good time and prepare to binge! Though a typical course is only about an hour long so it’s well doable in 24 hours.
.
Here’s how you do it:
In normal Linkedin, (which you can join for free if you haven’t already done so) – click on the nine 3×3 dots called “For Business”
then you click on the icon for “Learning”
Next, you don’t need to start your free month (although the free month IS brilliant – you can watch EVERYTHING as much as you like, and there are thousands of courses in the library, including 40 by me!)
…but instead to you scroll down to the recommended courses and have a browse, or you can search for anything in the search box at the top, – either subject or name of author (e.g. “Project Management” or “Chris Croft”) – and then click on any course that interests you
and finally, instead of starting your free month, look on the right hand side where it says “Share this course” and do that instead
… and now it’s in your feed. You can go there and watch the course for free, for 24 hours from when you first open it.
.
Amazing!
