I got 45% of the way through this great course and was inspired to put these skills into practice straight away.
The following day I saved £5 off a 3 year printer warranty that was going to cost me £12 (a 42% saving) and 2 days later I negotiated an initial compensation offer of £125 up to £293 (a 134% increase)! I couldn’t decide whether to cash the cheque when it arrived or frame it!
Like all these things it’s about being willing to use the information you learn; but Chris has a lovely friendly anecdotal style and delivers quality information it in a way that gave me the confidence to give it a go. Chris certainly opened my eyes to how rubbish most people are at negotiating (and clearly how rubbish I was too).
