Well, it looks as if water is OK. But anything at all interesting is bad, it seems. Smoothies, juice, vegan milk etc… But of all the things I like to drink, surely COKE is the worst?? Or is it… Let’s have a look at calories, since I’d like to be thinner….
Here they are in order to kCalories per 100g:

I do love a Mocha – though the caffeine quite often gives me a headache, I’m not used to it, since I only drink coke which has very little.
Mocha – 81

Drinkable Yoghurt (delicious! and lots of calcium) – 74

Strawberry and Banana Innocent Smoothie (vitamin C and Potassium) – 51

Tropicana Orange Juice (all that vitamin C) (aah but it’s not freshly squeezed is it?)- 47

Oat Milk (it’s Vegan!) – 46

Pure Apple Juice – 46

Freshly squeezed OJ (OMG it’s not really any different to the demon Tropicana, just massively more expensive – and very delicious) – 45

… and inbetween Orange Juice and Apple Juice we find…. BEER! – 43

Apple and Berry juice drink – 42

The demon COKE! Full fat, of course. (OMG not that bad after all!) – 42

Grapefruit Juice – 41

Carrot Juice – surely VERY healthy?! – 40. Pretty much the same as full fat coke!

So even carrot juice isn’t great!

I can’t go as far as tea, but maybe I could get into Cappucinos and get used to the caffeine hit? – 31

But there is a significant amount of caffeine in coffee that I’m not used to, having been drinking coke for years:

So I’m concluding from the facts that Coke isn’t that bad – from a sugar or a caffeine point of view anyway. Not really any worse than all these other things anyway.
Also interesting that freshly squeezed OJ isn’t really any different to Tropicana
and that fruit juices are similar to Coke, and even carrot isn’t much better.

Next the Coke-haters retreat from “it’s full of sugar” to “ah but it’s the type of sugar…..”
Really? Coke’s sugar usually comes from sugar cane. Is that worse than apples or carrots? If so I’d like to know why.
