  10:45am-11:45am and 12pm-1pm. Total of three hours.\n\nYou will learn all
  about Project Management. Much more practical (and fun) than PRINCE2\, m
 y methodology is based on the APM or PMP process\, but simplified and made
  more practical.\n\nWe will cover topics like:\n\n 	Why projects fail\n 	
 Clear specification of the job before you start\n 	Finding the key driver 
 – is it price\, quality or time?\n 	Structuring the tasks to be done\n 	
 Critical paths\, and why they simplify management\n 	Monitoring and contro
 lling project progress using Gantt charts\n 	Learning from the past – an
 d not just you\, or the team\, but the whole organisation\n 	And many more
